Together we work to divest from mainstream fitness culture and untangle the knots its messaging has conditioned us to believe. We learn to reframe our mindset around movement through a holistic approach that creates consistency and sustainability.

There’s a place here for you inside the Inner Fire Circle no matter where you are on your movement journey.

Inner Fire Circle is a beautiful blend of a small cohort community and personal guidance. Everyone’s journey and what works for them is different. Thus, you utilize this space and the tools given in the way that resonates with you and leave the rest.

You don’t need to navigate your movement journey alone. This community holds non-judgmental space as we support each other through our growth and progress around movement and mindset.

What to Expect with Inner Fire

When you join the Inner Fire Circle, you get the following benefits and perks:

One-on-One Meeting for New Clients

Individual virtual onboarding meeting to discuss your movement journey history and a brief overview of Inner Fire Circle.

Group Fireside Chats

Inner Fire Circle virtual group calls 2x per month. We come together as a group to discuss our goals/intentions, progress, wins and struggles in a supportive, judgement-free space. These are optional and attendance is not required to be a part of Inner Fire. However, participation is encouraged to help you continue growing and evolving on this movement mindset journey. If you are unable to attend, the replays will be available on our site to watch at your convenience – think of them as our Inner Fire Circle Podcast!

Monthly Movement Calendar

Filled in at your own pace and with your own movement/wellbeing choices.

Goal Planning, Weekly & End of Month Reflection Sheets

A variety of worksheets are provided to help you map out where you want to go for the months ahead, as well as provide you with the opportunity to reflect so you can adjust and adapt to create more consistency with the routines/habits that work for you.

Monthly Challenge

Each month has a different movement challenge. These are completely optional and not required. The challenges are not meant to be stressful or burdensome. They serve as a supplement or additional component, should you choose to incorporate it.

Private Facebook Group

This serves as a way to connect with our Circle and is meant to be a place of motivation, encouragement and support. If you don’t have Facebook, Sarah emails posts she creates directly to you to keep you connected.

Add-On Option for One-on-One Meetings

If you are wanting additional support or help navigating your journey, Sarah is available to meet one-on-one (additional cost per meeting).

Winter In-Person Class

Quick Fire
Tuesdays 6:15-7:05pm

Intensity done realistically.
This circuit-style class centers on strength with sneaky cardio components woven in and low-impact exercises to keep the joints happy. Designed around short exercise bursts that, while challenging, will make the class fly by! Compassionate group fitness environment that encourages modifications/substitutions to prioritize individuals’ fitness level needs and foster sustainability.
